What makes SureClean different than other cleaning companies?

Sure-Clean is unique in that we are as personal as an independent cleaner, yet offer the professionalism and protection of a larger organization. Like an independent cleaner, our PROs work alone or in small teams of 2. We get to know you and your home. But unlike the independent cleaner, Sure-Clean is the employer and handles all the training, payroll withholding taxes and workers compensation. Sure-Clean is the best of both worlds, professional, yet personal.

How many people will clean my home?

In most cases, our cleaning PROs work solo or in small teams of two. There is just no better way to provide you with a more personalized service. Our PROs clean 2, maybe 3 homes a day. They get to know you and your home. Sure our cleanings may take a little longer (with a smaller cleaning crew), but we feel strongly in the benefits of a more personal service.

Are my cleaning PROs trained and supervised?

Absolutely! Owner and director, Henry Rouhana trains each individual staff member of Sure-Clean. With over 20 years of experience with Cleaning and Organization, Henry brings a unique perspective and training to our staff family, also known as PROs. Henry realizes that each staff person is an extension of himself, so he takes the training of each individual seriously.

Will I always have the same cleaning PRO?

It is our hope to send the same cleaning PRO (or team!) to your home. We want you to be comfortable with our staff family, so that means consistency is important. At times, sending the same individuals may not be possible, but rest assured, you will most certainly be satisfied with the service each staff member produces.

Are you insured?

Of course we are! Sure-Clean's insurance includes one of the most important insurances, workers compensation. We really care about our staff family.

What if something in my home gets broken?

We know that cleaning your home requires our PROs to dust, polish or scrub virtually everything in order to get the clean we’re known for. We also know that sometimes accidents happen. So if any damage or loss does occur, just notify your Sure_Clean office within 48 hours of the cleaning date, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How do you access my home?

Sure-Clean needs to get into your home somehow, in order to banish those dust bunnies! We offer two options for you to choose from: 

1. You can leave a key to your home, with our Sure-Clean office.  The key will be safely locked away with only management having access to the place the keys are stored.  This way, you won’t have to be home for our regularly scheduled visits.
OR

2.  Our PROs can clean your home while you’re at home.  That’s really not a problem!

If I give you my keys, how are they protected?

We understand that you don’t want your house keys in the wrong hands, which is why we’ve set up a secure system to ensure your keys never lose their way. Keys are coded as soon as they enter the office and they are stored in a locked box that only SureClean management can access. When your cleaning day is scheduled, your coded key is matched with your cleaning PRO. Upon returning to the office, your cleaning PRO returns all keys to management, who then places them back into the secured storage box. Join the 80% of our clients who entrust their keys with us. How do I pay for my cleaning?

Sure-Clean accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Personal check or Paypal.

What is the cost of my cleaning?

The cost of cleaning is based on a number of factors. The primary factors are the size and condition of your home and frequency of service. At SureClean, we listen to what you want done in your home and will construct a personalized quote that will fit your budget.

Should I tip my cleaning PRO?

Our customers tend to show their appreciation by giving our staff a monetary blessing, otherwise known as a tip. Although it’s not necessary, we’re happy our customers express their appreciation in this way.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, we just ask for a day or two notice. We do not charge any cancellation fees, so no worries! We do appreciate the consideration of calling us in advance.

What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning day happens to fall on a holiday which the staff of Sure-Clean observes, please know that we will make other arrangements to suit your needs. Also, if you have a special event and need to change dates, feel free to let us know! We’ll make it work for you.

How do I give feedback on my cleaning?

Ahhhh… Feedback is music to our ears! We would really appreciate your feedback, as it is our desire to make the necessary changes to better service our customers. Owner Henry Rouhana is big on this and he really desires to know how his crew is doing so he can implement strategies that will help the company grow and especially so we can keep our commitment to Quality Service.
